Green Smoothie Recipes
One of the most important steps you can take in supporting your health is to add in dark leafy greens, like kale, collard greens, romaine, swiss chard, parsley, dandelion, beet greens, spinach, and more to your daily eating lifestyle. They are chock full of chlorophyll, enzymes, minerals, vitamins, and fiber.
Remember, the goal is more greens than fruit, but at the beginning, try roughly 40% greens and 60% fruit! Always use organic and local whenever possible and vary your greens!
